Returns

1. You have 20 days from the day an order is placed to request a return!

2. Contact your Brand Ambassador or [email protected] with your return request. Be sure to include:

• • The order number
• • Items and quantity being returned

3. You will be provided with an RMA number to include on the outside of your return package.

4. After submitting your return request, you will have 14 days to mail your product and proof of purchase back to us at:

5. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back.

When returning an item, please keep in mind:

Item must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase.
This could include:

1. Your packing slip
2. A copy of your order confirmation email
3. A copy of your return confirmation email

20-day Satisfaction Promise

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your order, and we will offer a refund or replacement.
